2. What we collect / 수집하는 정보

• Account: the identifier from your sign-in provider (Google, Apple or Kakao), email address, name or nickname, and profile photo if provided.
• Profile and onboarding: age or date of birth, gender, interests, situations where you use English, how you found us, and learning settings.
• Learning content: your entries and photos, role-play messages and voice recordings, questions you ask in the app, bookmarks, vocabulary, and practice and review results.
• AI-generated information: summaries, hashtags (including emotion keywords), emotions per entry, summaries of your interests and recurring topics, your learning level and recurring mistakes.
• Shared journals and invitations: invite codes, shared-journal membership and referral records.
• Website purchases: Paddle, as Merchant of Record, collects your name, email address, country, postal code and payment details. We receive your email address, country, the product, transaction ID, amount and subscription status. We never receive your full card number.
• App store purchases: product, dates, subscription status and store transaction ID, received from Apple, Google and RevenueCat.
• Notifications: push token, notification settings, and delivery and open records.
• Device and usage: device model, operating system, app version, timestamps, IP address, usage events, error logs and feature-experiment assignments.
• Support: your messages, reply email address and attachments.
