These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LANGUAGE FOREST Co., Ltd. (주식회사 랭귀지포레스트), a company registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration number 368-88-03745), with its registered office at T139, Jilli-gwan, KAIST Munji Campus, 193 Munji-ro, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon 34051, Republic of Korea ("Language Forest", "we", "us"). We operate the Language Forest mobile app and the website at languageforest.in (together, the "Service"). When you use the Service, your contract for the Service is with LANGUAGE FOREST Co., Ltd.
본 서비스 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 이용자와 주식회사 랭귀지포레스트(LANGUAGE FOREST Co., Ltd., 사업자등록번호 368-88-03745, 본점: 대전광역시 유성구 문지로 193 KAIST 문지캠퍼스 진리관 T139호, 우편번호 34051, 이하 "회사") 사이의 약정입니다. 회사는 언어의숲 모바일 앱과 웹사이트 languageforest.in(이하 통틀어 "서비스")을 운영합니다. 서비스 이용 계약의 상대방은 주식회사 랭귀지포레스트입니다.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live (19 in Korea), you may make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
계정을 만들거나, 결제하거나, 서비스를 계속 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 마세요.
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 거주 국가 기준 미성년자(한국은 만 19세 미만)는 부모 또는 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 결제할 수 있습니다.
Language Forest is an English-learning service. You describe your day or a situation you will face, and the Service turns your writing, photos and voice recordings into personalised English expressions, corrections, speaking practice and spaced review. Some features use artificial intelligence. Some features are free. Others require a paid plan ("Premium").
언어의숲은 영어 학습 서비스입니다. 이용자가 하루 일과나 앞으로 겪을 상황을 적으면, 서비스가 그 글과 사진, 음성을 바탕으로 이용자에게 맞춘 영어 표현, 교정, 말하기 연습, 간격 복습을 만들어 줍니다. 일부 기능은 인공지능을 사용합니다. 일부 기능은 무료이고, 나머지는 유료 요금제(이하 "프리미엄")가 필요합니다.

5.1 Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. When you buy on our website, Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to your purchase.
5.1 판매자. 웹사이트 주문은 회사의 온라인 리셀러인 Paddle.com이 처리합니다. Paddle.com이 웹사이트의 모든 주문에 대한 판매자(Merchant of Record)입니다. 결제 관련 고객 문의와 반품은 Paddle이 처리합니다. 웹사이트에서 구매하면 Paddle 구매자 약관(https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms)도%EB%8F%84) 함께 적용됩니다.
5.2 Plans, prices and taxes. Premium is offered as a subscription that renews automatically, at the price shown at checkout. Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country.
5.2 요금제, 가격, 세금. 프리미엄은 결제 화면에 표시된 가격으로 자동 갱신되는 구독 상품입니다. 이용자 국가에서 부과되는 판매세나 부가가치세는 Paddle이 계산하고 징수합니다.
